Installing The Posts
Step 1
Create 2 holes
post gap= distance apart centre to centre
Kit size 3250 (post gap 1950) footing size 800Wx800Lx800D
Kit size 4500 (post gap 2700) footing size 900Wx900Lx900D
Kit size 5000 (post gap 3000) footing size 900Wx900Lx900D
kit size 6000(post gap 3600)footing size 1000Wx1000Lx900D
Step 2
Using the Steel Footings in your pergola kit, place them against the bottom and in the center of the holes you created in Step 1.
Step 3
Concrete the Steel Footings in place using strong concrete. The Steel Footings should be 700mm deep in the concrete.
Step 4
Slide the Posts in your pergola kit over the Steel Footings. Then fix them in place with the Screws included in your pergola kit.
The Miami - Installation
Step 1
Using the Steel Bracket included in your pergola kit, mount it in place by inserting it into the top of the Post.
Step 2
Using the Arms included in your pergola kit, place them onto the Steel Bracket. Once in place, fix the Arms and Steel Bracket to the Post using the Screws included in your kit.
Step 3
Place your first Slat and align it with the edge on both Arms, then fix it in place. Once completed, use the Spacers included in your kit to align your second Slat and repeat the process.
Step 4
Finally, using the Channel included in your kit, slide the Channel across the installed Slats, allowing it to bend as you go. Start from the first Slat, and once in place fix from above with 25mm spacing.
Hollywood - Installation
Step 1
Using the Steel Bracket included in your pergola kit, mount it in place by inserting it into the top of the Post.
Step 2
Using the Arms included in your pergola kit, place them onto the Steel Bracket. Once in place, fix the Arms and Steel Bracket to the Post using the Screws included in your kit.
Step 3
Place your first Slat and align it with the edge on both Arms, then fix it in place. Once completed, use the Spacers included in your kit to align your second Slat and repeat the process.
Step 4
Finally, using the Channel included in your kit, slide the Channel across the installed Slats. Start from the first Slat, and once in place fix screws into a few spots from above.
