Do these require council approval?

In most circumstances they don’t require council approval as they are water permeable. However, your local council would be the best people to ask.

Will I receive the engineering/install drawings?

Yes, upon purchase of your pergola kit these can be emailed through.

No, we are supply only. Depending on your location, we may be able to pass along the details of someone who may be able to help. Please email [email protected] to enquire.

Do you have any pergola kits on display?

If you are located in Perth, we have the Miami, Hollywood and Arizona Slatted pergolas on display at Barrier Reef Pools Joondalup (24 Ascari Ln, Joondalup).

Are these pergola kits cyclone rated?

No, they are not. Our kits are rated for Wind Region B only (the Arizona Insulated is rated for Wind Region A only).

What is the gap size between the slats on the structures?

25mm.

11 degrees, please note that this cannot be adjusted.

Will you ship my pergola to my house?

Please note that all pergola kits will be shipped to your nearest Main Freight depot*, where you will need to collect it from or arrange with Main Freight directly to have it delivered to your home. If you are in a rural area, please email us at [email protected] and we can enquire about possibly finding a closer depot.

*For all orders in the Perth Metro area, your pergola will be delivered directly to your home.

Can I customize my pergola kit?

No, please note that our kits are not customizable beyond the available choices for size and colour.

Can you make my pergola kit smaller?

Please note that we do not offer a cutting service, but you can cut the materials to size on site with a saw, should you wish to do so.

Can we use base plates instead of concreting in the sleeves?

Yes, we can supply base plates for a fee. Please email [email protected] for pricing.

Can I purchase extra slats to make the gaps smaller on my kit?

You may choose to spread the slats further apart and just leave some out, but due to engineering we don’t suggest or recommend making the gaps smaller because it goes against the engineering. We recommend our Arizona Insulated pergola should you wish to have a roof with no gaps.

Can I order just the frame on it’s own?

No, please note that our kits cannot be customized and come as they are.

Can I order an extra beam/post with my pergola kit?

Yes, please email [email protected] for pricing. A third post is recommended for kits that are over 5m and being installed in Wind Region B.

Can I place my order over the phone?

Please note that all orders must be placed through our website.

What is the warranty period?

The pergola kits are engineered for 15 years. Please note that if a customer adds anything, or changes anything from the kit, including veering away from the installation instructions, the warranty will be void.

What is the size of the hole for the footings on the Arizona kits?

700 x 1000 and 700 deep.

700 x 700 and 700 deep.
